Shoulder Pain Treatment
in Cranleigh

Move freely. Reduce pain. Recover faster. Get back to life.

Understanding Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain can affect everything from sleeping and dressing to lifting and driving.
You might experience:

  • Pain when lifting your arm or reaching overhead
  • Difficulty lying on one side at night
  • Weakness or stiffness in the shoulder
  • Pain when fastening a seatbelt or putting on a coat
  • Aching after desk work, repetitive movement or sport

The shoulder is one of the most mobile joints in the body, which also makes it vulnerable to strain and injury. Pain can start in the shoulder itself or be referred from the neck and upper back. Without treatment, shoulder issues can become persistent and restrict everyday movement.

Not always. Your osteopath will guide you on safe movement and rehabilitation exercises.

"Sarah has been wonderful in helping me to understand and resolve pain in my back and arm. I had tried a number of other treatments before I tried osteopathy with Sarah, and was thrilled that within a few sessions the pain had gone. Sarah's kind, empathetic and gentle approach is fantastic, especially if you feel nervous about treatment. The whole session is very relaxing and Sarah explains everything clearly each step of the way. I think the way that Sarah works with you to heal yourself is quite magical and leaves you feeling much stronger and capable than ever. I'm very grateful to Sarah for her help and expertise."

"I have been going to Laura for sports massage treatment for many years and can’t recommend her enough. Her massage has helped enormously with my neck, lower back and sciatic issues, which flare up now and again. Following a very firm sports massage, I’m always left much looser, and in a lot less discomfort. I 100% recommend Laura!"
