Helping the whole family move and feel better
What We Do
We help patients of all ages: babies, children and adults, including the elderly, with treatment, advice and exercises. We are honoured to have treated four generations of some families!

Osteopathy
Osteopathy can improve your mobility, release tension and optimise your function. We regularly help people with low back pain, arthritic pain, neck pain, and neck related headaches, minor sports injuries and tensions, joint pain, and muscle spasms.

Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial osteopathy is one of a range of techniques that osteopaths use to improve wellbeing. We check for tension throughout the body including the head. Cranial techniques are safe, gentle and non-manipulative. They are often used by osteopaths when working with young children and babies, as well as with adults, as a way of treating tension and an inability to relax.

Patient Journey
From your very first contact to your final follow-up, we make sure every step is clear, comfortable, and tailored to you.
- Getting in Touch
Whether you book online or call our friendly reception team, we’ll help you choose the right appointment type and practitioner for your needs. If you’re not sure, we’re happy to discuss your symptoms and guide you.
- Your First Appointment
We’ll take time to understand your full health history, lifestyle, and goals. A thorough assessment will help us identify the cause of your symptoms, not just the surface pain. We’ll explain our findings clearly, answer your questions, and outline a personalised treatment plan.
- Treatment & Support
Treatment may include hands-on techniques, gentle cranial osteopathy, exercises, and lifestyle advice – all tailored to your comfort and recovery pace. We’ll also show you ways to support your progress at home.
- Review & Progress
As your treatment continues, we’ll review your progress and adjust your plan as needed. Our aim is to not only help you feel better now, but also prevent future problems wherever possible.
- Ongoing Care
Many patients choose to come back for regular check-ins to keep their bodies moving well and to catch issues early. We’ll always be here to support you – whether it’s an occasional tune-up or ongoing care for a long-term condition.
