Helping the whole family move and feel better
What We Do
We help patients of all ages: babies, children and adults, including the elderly, with treatment, advice and exercises. We are honoured to have treated four generations of some families!
Osteopathy
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy uses a combination of manual therapy, mobilisation techniques and exercises to help restore movement and function. Our physiotherapist is trained in musculoskeletal, neurological, vestibular and women’s health physiotherapy, as well as functional rehabilitation.
Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial osteopathy is one of a range of techniques that osteopaths use to improve wellbeing. We check for tension throughout the body including the head. Cranial techniques are safe, gentle and non-manipulative. They are often used by osteopaths when working with young children and babies, as well as with adults, as a way of treating tension and an inability to relax.
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy
OMT uses the hands-on work of osteopathy to relax soft tissues in and around the mouth, face and neck with specialist exercises to work on tongue and lip strength and swallow and breathing patterns.
