Our physiotherapist is trained in manual therapy and mobilisation techniques and uses exercises to treat orthopaedic problems. She has extensive experience in managing post operative and general orthopaedic problems. She has numerous certifications in orthopaedic physiotherapy. She has completed her research based Masters programme in neurological physiotherapy. She has also done certification in vestibular physiotherapy and has experience in treating women with pelvic floor dysfunction.

If you have chronic knee or hip pain and are planning to do a knee or hip replacement, evidence shows that having a physiotherapist guided exercise programme before and after surgery improves the quality of your recovery post-surgery.
Book your appointment with our physiotherapist about 4 weeks prior to your surgery to start your preoperative exercises as well information about what to expect post-surgery in terms of your recovery. Get ahead by practising your exercises and be better prepared so that you can expedite your recovery after surgery.
We also offer postoperative rehabilitation for any other joint surgery or back surgery.

Our physiotherapist Jecy has a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics as well as many years of experience in Sports Rehabilitation.
