Cranial Osteopathy
in Cranleigh
Gentle treatment for the whole body – from newborns to adults
What is Cranial Osteopathy?
Cranial osteopathy is a safe and gentle approach used by osteopaths to release tension and restore balance throughout the body.
Despite the name, it’s not just about the head, we assess and treat the whole body, using light touch to detect areas of strain or restriction.
Because it is so gentle, cranial osteopathy is often chosen for:
- Newborns and young children
- Adults who prefer a gentler approach
- People experiencing stress, tension, or difficulty relaxing
How It Works
Using highly trained palpation skills, your osteopath will identify and gently release areas of tension, helping your body to function more smoothly. This can improve comfort, promote relaxation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
